Responsibilities
The Service Governance Specialist is responsible for establishing and enforcing the IT Service Governance Framework to ensure compliant service delivery. This includes overseeing SLAs, KPIs, and IT General Controls while driving proactive service management.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in IT Service Management or related roles. ITIL 4 Certification and familiarity with ISO standards are also required.
