Civil Technician

Respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on kitchen, mechanical, and building equipment. Handle surface preparation, painting, and basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Some experience in general maintenance and painting is preferred, particularly within a hotel environment.
