Responsibilities

Lead property valuations for prospective acquisitions and provide commercial real estate management expertise to support the acquisition pipeline. Partner with the Product team to develop platform features and workflows for asset performance and valuation.

Requirements

Requires proven experience in commercial real estate valuation and hands-on property management, with a preference for RICS qualification. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and experience in the Dubai/UAE market.
