Responsibilities
The Stakeholder Manager plans and coordinates engagement activities with clients, government authorities, and utility providers for large-scale infrastructure projects. They act as the primary liaison to secure approvals, permits, and NOCs while ensuring stakeholder requirements are integrated into the project programme.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 12-15 years of experience in stakeholder management and infrastructure delivery. Proven expertise in UAE authority procedures and experience with roads, utilities, and major infrastructure projects is essential.
