Director of Manufacturing and Procurement

Leads external manufacturing, procurement, and quality functions to manage the end-to-end journey from supplier sourcing to finished product delivery. Responsible for converting the operating model from toll to contract manufacturing and scaling the production network globally.

Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree and over 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the beauty or fragrance industry. Must have proven expertise in managing outsourced manufacturing networks and navigating multi-geography regulatory compliance.
