Responsibilities
Serve as the shore-based marine authority providing nautical oversight and assurance for a fleet of owned and chartered vessels. Coordinate with port authorities and vessel masters to ensure safe, compliant operations and efficient offshore campaign execution.
Requirements
Requires a Class 1 Master Mariner Certificate of Competency and 10-15 years of seagoing experience, including at least 3 years as a Master or Port Captain. Must possess deep knowledge of international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL) and offshore vessel operations.
