HR Manager – Group of Schools

Lead and manage the HR function across all International Community Schools branches, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with UAE Labor Law and ADEK requirements.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business with 5-7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within the education sector. Must have a strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and ADEK regulations.
