FSI-JB-532 / Mechanical BIM Modeler

Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with project standards.

Requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler. Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential.
