Project Quantity Surveyor

The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and managing project budgets and cost control processes. It also requires administering contracts, evaluating subcontractor quotations, and coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure financial compliance.

Candidates must hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with 5-7 years of proven experience in construction projects. Proficiency in estimation software and knowledge of FIDIC and UAE authority contracts are highly preferred.
