Responsibilities
Manage the restaurant events sales pipeline and oversee the execution of group dining and private events to maximize revenue. Lead the restaurant events team and coordinate cross-functionally with culinary and operational departments to ensure luxury service standards.
Requirements
Requires a degree in Hospitality or Events Management and at least 3 years of experience in luxury restaurant events or upscale resort dining. Must possess strong commercial acumen, proficiency in CRM/POS systems, and knowledge of Forbes 5-Star service protocols.
