The Commis 3 is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food while maintaining high quality and presentation standards. They must also manage stock movement, ensure strict hygiene compliance, and support the smooth running of the kitchen.

Candidates should have over one year of professional culinary experience, preferably in a fine dining environment. A culinary certificate from a recognized institution and fluency in English are preferred.
