Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a library of reference documents and project records while managing the distribution of engineering documentation. Perform office administration duties and support the Environmental department team with operational and social requirements.
Requirements
Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, specifically within construction supervision or engineering design consultancy. Proven expertise with Aconex on large-scale projects is essential, and a degree or relevant certification is preferred.
