PLANNING ENGINEER

Develop and maintain detailed tender schedules, including manpower and equipment requirements, in coordination with cost estimators and managers. Monitor actual project progress against plans and issue periodic reporting packages to various executing parties.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and the ability to understand contractual conditions and project execution plans. Proficiency in creating Work Breakdown Structures and managing planning logics is required.
