Bar Manager - Hendricks

Oversee daily operations of the Hendricks Bar/Cigar lounge to ensure an elevated guest experience and high service standards. Manage staff, control operating expenses, and drive revenue through effective inventory and quality management.

Requires a degree in Hospitality Management and experience managing fine dining restaurants, preferably with an Asian concept and Michelin star exposure. Candidates should be fluent in at least two international languages and have previous experience in Dubai or the Middle East.
