Responsibilities

The Compliance Inspector is responsible for inspecting P&Z companies, conducting interviews with UBOs, and ensuring adherence to local and international laws. They provide weekly updates to the compliance manager and assist companies in understanding specific legal frameworks like Law 58 and 53.

Requirements

Candidates must have a strong understanding of UBO laws and regulatory requirements to handle both field and office inspections. Proficiency in legal terminology, persuasion skills, and the ability to prepare legal forms are essential.
