Responsibilities

Manage the complete tender lifecycle for offshore construction and subsea projects, from initial opportunity assessment to commercial handover. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to develop competitive and compliant technical and commercial proposals.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and over 7 years of experience in tendering within the offshore, marine, or oil & gas industries. Proven expertise in managing complex bids and familiarity with ADNOC projects or UAE offshore operations is highly desirable.
