Vice President – Emiratization

Lead and manage the implementation of Emiratization strategies and the Nafis program to meet organizational targets. Collaborate with government stakeholders and the talent acquisition team to resolve bottlenecks and drive organic and non-organic growth.

Requires a UAE National with over 10 years of HR/Emiratization experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. A bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent is required, with HR certifications preferred.
