The Director of Civis Mundi defines and executes the global strategy for the international private membership network, overseeing growth, revenue, and member experience. Key duties include managing strategic partnerships, global events, and leading a high-performance team to enhance membership value.

Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in business development, wealth management, or luxury services, with a proven track record of managing international teams and UHNW clients. A Master's degree is preferred, along with fluency in English and strong financial management capabilities.
