Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR partner for a core business unit to align workforce effectiveness with strategic business objectives. Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, engagement, and organizational development across a global workforce.
Requirements
Requires 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR Director within international technology or fast-growing companies. Must be fluent in both written and spoken Russian and English.
