Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition and grow strategic client accounts for EOR and workforce solutions across the GCC region. Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful client onboarding.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of consultative B2B sales experience, preferably within the GCC market. Candidates should have a proven track record in selling EOR, payroll, or HR outsourcing services to enterprise and mid-market organizations.
