Hostess (EU/Arabic Language)

Manage guest reservations, allocate tables according to the floor plan, and handle phone inquiries professionally. Provide detailed information regarding food and beverage menus and assist servers and runners as needed.

Requires previous customer service experience in a hotel or stand-alone restaurant. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills and maintain a high level of professional presentation.
