Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all programme controls functions, including planning, cost, risk, and change management for major capital projects. Drive the implementation of AI-enabled project intelligence, digital PMO transformation, and integrated reporting platforms to enhance visibility and decision-making.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management with at least 20 years of project controls experience, including 10 years in the GCC/Middle East. Candidates should have a proven track record in senior leadership for large-scale infrastructure giga-projects and expertise in PMIS and AI tools.
