Responsibilities
Analyze tender documents to prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for client submission. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure accurate pricing and a seamless project handover.
Requirements
Requires a four-year college degree and the ability to manage the end-to-end bidding process. Must be capable of conducting site visits and ensuring compliance with legal and HSE standards.
