Responsibilities

The role involves onboarding customers onto AI products and APIs while guiding them through prompting, evaluation, and fine-tuning. You will collaborate with research and product teams to deploy high-impact GenAI applications and provide technical guidance during pre-sales.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a PhD or Master's in AI/Data Science and have 2+ years of experience as a technical contributor on AI products. Proficiency in Python, Pytorch, and experience with LLM fine-tuning and RAG are essential.
