Coordinator Rider On Ground Ops

Support day-to-day fleet operations by monitoring rider performance and resolving operational issues at the zone level. Act as the primary liaison between riders, dispatchers, and fleet partners to ensure efficient live operations.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid UAE Driving License, with 1-2 years of experience in food or grocery tech preferred. Must be proficient in English and Arabic and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
