Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of residential villa construction and renovation projects from concept to handover. Coordinate with architectural teams, manage authority approvals, and oversee contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with 5-7 years of UAE-based experience. Mandatory fluency in both Russian and English is required for this developer-side role.
