Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts to drive deep product adoption and increase wallet share. Own the end-to-end process for renewals, expansions, and the transition of accounts to the enterprise level.
Requirements
Requires 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management with a proven track record of meeting commercial revenue targets. Preference is given to candidates with Fintech or SaaS backgrounds and experience in the UAE market.
