Emirati Graduate Program | Customer Service Specialist | (UAE National)

The role is a two-year rotational program focusing first on customer service, shipment coordination, and KPI tracking. The second year shifts to logistics, covering inbound operations, product registrations with Dubai Municipality, and inventory management.

Candidates must be UAE Nationals with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills are highly desired.
