Graduate Trainee - Other Discipline (UAE Nationals)

Trainees will undergo rigorous training and development to acquire skills and expertise within the ADNOC Group. The program aims to prepare top-tier candidates for potential permanent employment through real-life work experience.

Candidates must be UAE Nationals with a degree in any discipline and have completed National Service or be exempt. Eligibility also requires medical fitness, government clearances, and successful completion of entry assessments.
