Responsibilities
The Associate Quality Assurance monitors the quality, safety, and compliance of fresh produce and meat across stores and warehouses. This includes conducting inspections, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions to ensure food safety standards.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field is required. Experience in food retail operations and knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards are preferred.
