The Guest Experience Expert manages guest check-ins, check-outs, and overall stay experience to ensure it is memorable and unique. Responsibilities include handling guest requests, transporting luggage, and providing local area highlights.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and no prior work or supervisory experience is required. Candidates must be physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.
