Telephone Operator -DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island

As a Telephone Operator, you will process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously. You will contribute to spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Previous experience in a hotel, customer service, call center, or front office role is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems, are advantageous.
