Quantity Surveyor

The role involves performing standard estimating activities, measuring and pricing based on contract drawings, and managing post-contract functions such as payments and claims. The candidate will also monitor final cost estimates, prepare financial statements, and advise on contractual matters.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and at least 8 years of experience in large infrastructure projects are required. Proficiency in pre and post contract administration and strong communication skills are essential.
