Responsibilities
The Cost Manager provides commercial support for post-contract services, including managing project budgets and drafting payment recommendations. They are responsible for contract administration, managing variations, and creating weekly commercial dashboards.
Requirements
Candidates need 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Middle East, and a degree in Quantity Surveying. Proficiency in CostX and advanced Microsoft Office skills are required, while MRICS certification is advantageous.
