Responsibilities

Manage food and beverage reservations and guest inquiries while maintaining accurate records and inventory. Coordinate with Front Desk, Sales, and Accounts departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and adherence to hotel policies.

Requirements

Requires a passion for guest service and proficiency in English and Russian, with a degree in Hospitality Management being an asset. Candidates should have at least one year of hotel experience and familiarity with Property Management Systems.
