Room Service Order Taker

Responsible for handling all food and beverage room service calls according to Rixos standards and maintaining detailed knowledge of hotel facilities and menus. Ensures professional guest interaction, accurate order processing, and adherence to operational and emergency procedures.

Requires excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work reliably under pressure in a fast-paced team environment. Previous experience in F&B or with Micros software is considered an asset but is not required.
