Responsibilities

Manage contracts and claims commercially for high-profile projects during both tender and post-contract stages. Oversee financial controls, cost reporting, and negotiations with clients and subcontractors.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and Chartered QS status (MRICS or MCIOB). Must have at least 15 years of experience, including 10 years in a consultant/client role and 4 years in the Middle East.
