Manage tenant and owner relations for D1 Tower Residences, handling complaints and coordinating maintenance and engineering tasks. Oversee financial administration including service charges, petty cash, and move-in/move-out documentation.

Requirements

Requires at least one year of customer service experience in residential buildings or apartment hotels, specifically within Dubai or the UAE. Must be fluent in both English and Russian and proficient in MS Office and Opera.
