Senior Specialist, Benefits (MENA & APAC)

Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and administration of benefits programs across the APAC and MENA regions. Manage external vendors, handle renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure competitive and compliant offerings.

Extensive experience in benefits strategy and administration within the MENA and APAC regions is required. Proficiency in Workday, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to manage complex vendor relationships are essential.
