Pre-Opening Operations Manager – QSR (Spanish or French Speaker)

Lead the end-to-end pre-opening lifecycle for new QSR outlets across the UAE, ensuring operational readiness and regulatory compliance. Manage everything from licensing and vendor onboarding to staff recruitment and the implementation of standardized operational policies.

Requires over 8 years of experience in QSR or cloud kitchen operations with a proven track record of managing multiple site launches in the UAE. Candidates must have deep knowledge of local municipality regulations and fluency in Spanish or French is highly preferred.
