Responsibilities
The Unit Manager is responsible for meeting financial and non-financial store targets while ensuring adherence to operational systems and health and safety procedures. The role involves leading the frontline team and maintaining strong relationships with mall management and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidates should have a degree in Hotel Management, Retail Hospitality, or Commerce, preferably with an MBA and 5 years of experience. At least 3 years of experience in the leisure, retail, or hospitality industry with P&L responsibility is required.
