Acts as the strategic Facilities Business Leader responsible for engineering operations, projects, and the overall maintenance of the building and grounds. Manages budgets, capital expenditure, and leads the emergency response team during a full-scale renovation.

Requires a degree in Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel. Must possess strong leadership skills and expertise in facilities management and project management.
