Responsibilities

Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care, including assessment, treatment implementation, and monitoring in a homecare setting. Collaborates with an interprofessional team to create care plans and ensure patient safety from admission to discharge.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in ICU, Critical Care, or Homecare. Must hold a valid nursing license, a current AHA Basic Life Support provider card, and be proficient in English.
