Responsibilities

Provide professional, patient-centered nursing care to patients within their homes, including administering treatments and monitoring health conditions. Develop individualized care plans and educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive healthcare.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing and a mandatory valid DHA, DOH, or SHA license. Candidates must have at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience and a current BLS certification.
