Engagement Lead

Lead end-to-end client engagements by managing the operational delivery of SuperHive products and co-building new capabilities through design partnerships. Act as the primary link between client domain experts and internal product and engineering teams to translate strategy into execution.

Requires 5+ years of experience in management consulting or deployment strategy roles at enterprise software or AI companies. Must possess strong structured problem-solving skills and a proven track record of managing complex engagements independently.
