Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution of technical services for customers across the EMEA region, supervising technical consultants and managing operations and maintenance teams. Collaborate with R&D and Solution teams to design data migration strategies, deployment tools, and scalable models for the FreeBalance Accountability Suite.

Requirements

Requires a university degree in Information Technology and at least 5 years of experience managing internationally dispersed services and support teams. Must possess project management expertise, PMI certification, and proficiency with open-source components and commercial databases.
