Responsibilities

Acts as the business PMO for the lending business to drive operational initiatives and ensure payment-related business continuity. Coordinates cross-functional projects across Product, Tech, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to optimize processes.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in business operations, program management, or PMO. Preference is given to candidates with fintech, lending, or payment operations experience.
