Responsibilities
Manage fund documentation, investor registries, and AML/KYC processing as the primary point of contact for investors and fund managers. Oversee transfer agency functions including subscriptions, redemptions, and regulatory reporting while coordinating with internal operations teams.
Requirements
Requires 5-7 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in Transfer Agency and 2 years in a managerial role. Must possess strong knowledge of MENA, CIMA, Bermuda, and BVI AML/KYC laws and guidelines.
