Responsibilities
The Quantity Surveyor will lead site-based post-contract cost management activities and interact daily with the site supervision team. Key duties include evaluating claims, preparing financial reports, and negotiating variation orders and final account settlements.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure projects. Proficiency in English and experience with cost management software are required.
