Backend Architect - Pay&Card Tech

Architect and build end-to-end backend systems for card issuing and lifecycle management. Lead technical designs for card certification processes and ensure system reliability and compliance with payment network standards.

Requires 8+ years of backend engineering experience with strong Java/Spring expertise and direct experience building card systems. Must have strong system design skills and a deep understanding of card network standards and payment flows.
